The Cumberland sausage is the most popular British sausage. We make them in house with fresh ground Swiss pork, seasoned traditionally. Unlike other sausages, ours don't contain any added fat or artificial colours and stabilisers.
COOKING TIP: Don’t prick the sausages, it would dry them out. Just fry, BBQ or grill them for 15 minutes on a medium heat, turning them every minute or two so they brown nicely on all sides.
