How and When to Make Payments.

Payment Currency.
All payments and accounts at MyExpatShop use exclusively Swiss Francs.

Making Payments.
You can pay either:

1.Using PayPal
2.Using a Mastercard or Visa Credit Card
3. Customers visiting our shop can pay with cash only.  We no longer accept credit card payments.  
If you wish, you can easily place your order online and then, at checkout, specify that you want to pick up in the shop. Alternatively, just pass by and browse through our shop.

When to Pay.
Payment of online orders is made at the time of ordering the goods using Paypal or a Credit Card. 

Should you encounter difficulties or have any queries, please use the “Contact us” link in the menu at the footer of each page.

Please note that, in the interests of privacy and confidentiality, we will never ask you for any bank account or credit card details. We do not have access to or store any financial information of our clients and will never ask you to provide any such details.

Taxes Duties
MyExpatShop only ships from and within Switzerland. The prices shown for products on your site, as well as the total price shown at Checkout include all local duties and sales tax.

Discounts
We often make special offers which all our clients have access to. Additionally, we may make an agreement with a group that will allow them, using an access code, to benefit from other offers. If you represent a group or entity which you feel may be eligible to apply for a discount, please use the contact form and we will answer you as soon as possible.


Order Completion
Should we, for whatever reason, find ourselves in a position that we cannot complete your order, we will contact you (please make sure you provide valid, current information when placing your order), to discuss either an alternative product or cancelling all or part of the order. In the latter case, we will offer a refund of any balance.

Cancelling an Order
Cancelling an order is not normally possible once it has been placed using the website and in no circumstances if the order is already more than two days old.  In exceptional circumstances and at our complete discretion, and provided that the request is received before shipment of the order, we will endeavour to cancel your order and refund you any monies already paid. We may claim out of pocket expenses if any have been incurred.
