If, when you are checking out, you select, “Swiss Post GIRO (Pink) Payment Slip” as yor Payment Method,we will put a GIRO Pink Payment Slip in the box with your order.
3. E-banking. Most Swiss commercial banks provide their customers with access to their bank accounts via the Internet. This is often called tele-banking or e-banking. If you have this facility available, you can use it to pay your MyExpatShop order. We have provided our Bank Details below for those who wish to pay us using this type of facility.
When to Pay.
Payment can be made at the time of ordering the goods using Paypal. Using Paypal also means that you can pay using your Credit/Debit card.
We also allow payment to be made using the Swiss Post Giro (the pink payment form), which will be sent with the order. In such cases, payment is due at reception and should be received by us within a maximum of seven days.

Taxes / Duties
Myexpatshop.com only ships from and within Switerland. The prices shown for products on your site, as well as the total price shown at Checkout include all local duties and sales tax.
We often make special offers which all our clients have access to. Additionally, we may make an agreement with a group that will allow them, using an access code, to benefit from other offers. If you represent a group or entity which you feel may be eligible to apply for a discount, please use the contact form and we will answer you as soon as possible.
Late payment penalties will be applied as of the eighth day after reception of the goods at the rate of 1.5% per month. An Administrative charge of Sfr. 20.00 will be applied and will cumulate with each reminder. Giro payments can be made directly at the Post Office or, using the information provided on the Giro form or via e-banking using the information provided above.
Wholsale customers are subject to the conditions agreed with MyExpatShop. In the case of late payment, late payment penalties and administratve charges will be applied at the rates specified above.
Should we, for whatever reason, find ourselves in a position such that we cannot complete your order, we will contact you (please make sure you provide valid, current information when placing your order), to discuss either an alternative product or cancelling all or part of the order. In the latter case, we will offer a refund of any balance.
Cancelling and Order
Cancelling an order is not normally possible once it has been placed using the website and in no circumstances if the order is already more than two days old.
In exceptional circumstances and at our complete discretion, and provided that the request is received before shipment of the order, we will endeavour to cancel your order and refund you any monies already paid. We may claim out of pocket expenses if any have been incurred.
