Wyke Farm Vintage Cheddar is carefully matured for an absolute minimum of 15 months, under the watchful eye of their master cheesemaker. His expertise was recognised at the 2007 International Food Exhibition at ExCel in London. Almost 2,000 cheeses, from as far away as the USA and South Africa, were entered and given a grilling in a thorough four stage process. The eventual verdict? Wyke Farm ‘Vintage Cheddar’ won gold.
